Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on any items that are personalised, unless that are deemed faulty or incorrect.
If however, you have received a product you are not satisfied with, please contact us and we will see how we can assist you. We can be reached by telephone or you can email firstname.lastname@example.org – please include any order details.
Non Personalised Products
If you’d like to return a non-personalised item from your order you have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us. On receipt of the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Regrettably, any delivery costs will not be refunded and the cost and responsibility of returning any items is down to the customer, we would recommend using a tracked service (some exceptions do apply).
